It is believed that Tafoya took 15-year-old Chioma Gray from her high school in Ventura, California, and across the border into Mexico on December 13, 2007. The two may be travelling in a stolen, white 2008 Acura TSX with California license plate 6AXX928.
An arrest warrant was issued for Tafoya by the Ventura County Superior Court on December 14, 2007, after he was charged with child stealing, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and car theft. On December 31, 2007, Tafoya was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court in Los Angeles.

CAUTIONNicholas Corozzo is wanted for his alleged participation in a variety of illegal activities, including racketeering, extortion, and murder. Corozzo has been a member of the Gambino Crime Family since the early 1980s, and reportedly became a capodecina in the family in 1992. He has been charged with ordering the January 26, 1996, murder of a man who had robbed marijuana from Corozzo’s crew and who was also thought to have participated in the murder of a Corozzo crew member. This individual was killed along with another man who was with the primary victim at the time.

On February 6, 2008, a warrant was issued for Corozzo in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, charging him with extortion, extortion conspiracy, illegal gambling, money laundering, money laundering conspiracy, racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to murder, and murder. The investigation is being conducted jointly by the FBI, the New York State Organized Crime Task Force, the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor, the New York Police Department, and the United States Department of Labor.

CAUTION
Terrence Kasses Washington is wanted for escaping from the Corrections Corporation of America Metro Detention Facility in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 17, 2008. At the time of his escape, Washington was serving time after being convicted for auto theft in 2007.
On April 25, 2007, Washington was arrested by local authorities in Nashville after having escaped from Harford County, Maryland Detention Center authorities. He escaped on January 24, 2007, while awaiting trial in Maryland for allegedly assaulting a Maryland State Trooper in 2003.
Within the past decade, Washington was allegedly involved in a series of crimes, including escapes. In addition to the charges in Tennessee and Maryland, charges are pending in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri.
In 1998, Washington allegedly participated in two bank robberies in Louisiana. In both incidents, when the getaway vehicles were stopped by police officers, Washington managed to avoid capture. Also, in 1998, Washington, along with two other individuals, allegedly robbed a bank in Dardanelle, Arkansas. The accomplices were soon captured, but Washington was able to flee. He was later arrested in connection with this robbery. However, in November of 1998, while in jail awaiting trial on state robbery charges in Arkansas, Washington escaped.
In April of 2002, Washington was arrested in Kirkwood, Missouri, for auto theft and other crimes. He received a ten-year state sentence for the crimes committed in Missouri. While serving time in Missouri, in February of 2003, Washington was ordered to appear in federal court in the Eastern District of Louisiana where he had been indicted for bank robbery. On July 13, 2003, Washington escaped from the Tangipahoa Parish jail in Amite, Louisiana, where he was awaiting an August trial on the federal bank robbery charges. After Washington fled from the Louisiana jail in July of 2003, he was charged with escape and a federal warrant was issued for his arrest.
In March of 2004, Washington was arrested in Sharonville, Ohio. He was extradited from Ohio to face the charges in Maryland.
